Getting Started
Interested in NexTech! In this section, you will find tips on how to start an online vocational training for your trainees, identify the roles of a training leader, and getting connected with a NexTech Academy coach. If NexTech Academy is the right fit for your company, trainees will need:
- Access to a computer
- An internet connection
- A valid email address
- A quiet place to work
- A training leader within your company
For the hands-on portion of their training, you will need to provide access to tools and equipment to complete the skill assessments.
