A comprehensive e-Guide – developed by NexTech Academy’s team and fueled by insights from fellow Nexstar members – was unveiled recently at Nexstar’s national 2023 Super Meeting industry event in Phoenix, AZ. In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving technical world, continuous learning has become an essential aspect of personal and professional growth, explained Amanda Yang, Product Manager, NexTech Academy. “As a result, training academies have gained significant popularity as effective platforms for individuals and organizations to upskill and train their own technician,” she says. “However, setting up a training academy can be a daunting task, especially if business owners are not sure how to get started.
